Refund Policy for Online Training

You'll absolutely love our training products and services.

If not however, your online training is fully protected by a 100% money-back refund policy.

Here's how it works...

If for some reason you're dissatisfied at any time during the first 7 days after purchase of our online training & certification services. Simply delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a full refund. You'll get your money back. That's a firm promise and commitment.

In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, any physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they're in good condition). Any digital or electronic products, files or materials obtained by you while enrolled in our course(s) must be deleted & destroyed.

All applicable training & certification refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.

Cancellation Policy for Online Training

Six Sigma Digest may offer online training & certification courses that can be paid for with a monthly payment plan. If available and you have registered for any of these courses using a monthly payment plan and wish to withdraw or cancel within 7 days of your purchase, we will refund the entire amount of your payment.

Cancellations of monthly payment plans after 7 days from your purchase will result in the immediate charge for the full remaining & unpaid balance of the course.

All cancellation refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.

Downloadable Products and Software License Keys

All sales of downloaded electronic and digital products including license keys for software purchased from Six Sigma Digest are final. No refunds or returns will be permitted.

Getting Your Refund

To serve you and other customers better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund. We want satisfied customers.

Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use the products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.
