Michael is the founder and president of Six Sigma Digest. He has an extensive background as a Six Sigma professional with nearly 15 years of certified practice. He has authored Lean Six Sigma course curricula for other consultancies in addition to the accredited curriculum offered by Six Sigma Digest.

During the last decade, Michael's professional career has been characterized by expanding leadership positions covering a wide range of corporate processes and operations. He has lead teams as large as 250 people including advanced analytics teams. His financial accountabilities have included capital budgets in excess of $20MM and P&L responsibilities of more than $12MM.

Tina Kovach is currently the Continuous Improvement Manager and Master Black Belt for Dawn Food Products, Inc. She is responsible for conducting training and implementing continuous improvements using Six Sigma for the baking industry. She is an instructor for Six Sigma Digest as well as for the Institute for Industrial Engineers (IIE). In addition to teaching and mentoring, Tina is a Lean Division Board Director for IIE in Norcross, GA.

Among Tina's notable accomplishments, she has authored or coauthored contributions in the following publications How to Start a Six Sigma Case Study: LeanCor, December 2010, Better Processes Make Good Eats,: Industrial Engineer Magazine, January 2011 and Statistical Techniques for Project Control: Taylor and Francis Group, January 2012.

Dan Yang is the Director of Research & Analytics in the corporate real estate division of a global financial institution. In her spare time she has been a major contributor and coauthor to Six Sigma Digest's core Lean Six Sigma curriculum. In coordination with Michael, she has developed 3 versions of the signature Black Belt courseware using various statistical software packages.

She has also authored the Six Sigma Digest Hypothesis Testing Roadmap: May 2011 and the Six Sigma Digest Control Chart Roadmap: May 2011 as well 70% of Six Sigma Digest's BB, GB and YB exam & quiz questions.

Angela is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 15 years experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma. She was originally trained and certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt at Ford Motor Company.

Angela has over 20 years experience in process improvement, project and change management with Fortune 100 companies. As businesses looked for ways to improve their bottom line and cut cost to survive the economic downfall and sustain operational resources, Angela's leadership and people skills successfully led continuous improvement and Six Sigma projects, which have yielded in total over $2 million in savings.
